Having been established in 1960, trattoria Da Elide is
vastly experienced, and although it has been enlarged and made more
comfortable, its tradition of warm hospitality has remained unchanged over
time. In our restaurant we can taste Umbrian cuisine at its best, prepared
according to ancient recipes, made more delicate by the expert hand of our
cook.
